As the world seems to stop and at least remember something this day, possibly to gather as families or take the kids out to hunt for eggs, we the followers of Jesus realize there is so, so much more to the significance of this day. The reality that God came to earth, lived among us, laid down His life for ours, to pay a debt we could never pay, already seems beyond comprehension! But then, even after dying on the cross, 3 days later He rose from the dead and defeated the power of death, forever!

What a day!!
